My multidisciplinary research approach focuses on quantitative analysis and modelling based on aspects of aerial and satellite images, Lidar, digital terrain models and Geographic Information System. I have applied my research to address issues related to mapping and modelling environmental and human-induced land cover dynamics with implications for environmental degradation and natural resource management.
I have 30 years of experience in teaching and developing courses in Photogrammetry, Remote Sensing, and Spatial Analysis. I have more than 60 scholarly publications in international journals and conferences.
