He specializes in Quantitative Techniques and Operations Management. Dr. Sahoo has published extensively in high-impact journals and has presented at leading conferences like the Global Conference for Sustainable Manufacturing. His research interests include Production Planning & Scheduling, Industry 4.0, the Internet of Things, and Manufacturing Sustainability. Recognized among the top 2% of scientists globally by Stanford University, Dr. Sahoo has also worked at Jaipuria Institute of Management and Mudra Institute of Communication, and has 5 years of industry experience in consulting, manufacturing, and exporting. Outside academia, he enjoys long rides, playing badminton, skygazing, guitar, and reading fiction.
