Dr. Rahul Priyadarshi is an accomplished academician, researcher, and mathematician with a strong background in Electronics and Communication Engineering. Currently serving as an Assistant Professor in the Department of Computer Science & Information Technology (CIOT) at ITER, Siksha 'O' Anusandhan (SOA) University, Bhubaneswar, he specializes in Wireless Sensor Networks (WSNs), Internet of Things (IoT), and Smart Cities.
He completed his B.Tech from Amrita School of Engineering, Bangalore, followed by an M.Tech (Gold Medalist) from NIT Hamirpur, and earned his Ph.D. from NIT Patna in the domain of Wireless Sensor Networks. His Ph.D. focused on optimization strategies for node deployment using bio-inspired algorithms.
Dr. Priyadarshi has published over 50 research papers, reviewed more than 300 articles, and serves as an editor and reviewer for leading journals from Springer Nature, Wiley, and MDPI. Recognized among the top 2% scientists globally by Stanford University (2021–2024), he has chaired several sessions in international conferences.
