Dr. P. V. Elumalai, Professor and Ph.D. supervisor at Aditya University, recognized as one of
Elsevier’s World Top 2% Scientists; invited speaker at multiple international and national
forums, and featured for his research excellence in alternative fuels, IC engines, and electric
vehicles. He has successfully led several funded projects, including those from the Bureau of
Indian Standards, and has coordinated high-impact academic programs such as ATAL FDPs and
international conferences. He has published over 146 SCIE/Scopus-indexed papers in 2025 alone
(total career publications: 150+), with an h-index of 25 (Google Scholar citations: 2500+). His
work spans hydrogen and biofuel-based combustion, electric vehicle technology, and composite
materials. He has received multiple research excellence awards, including the Best Research
Excellence Award from SRR Book India and Shinawatra University, Thailand. He also serves as
an Editorial Board Member for Scientific Reports (Nature, SCIE, Q1), Associate Editor for Plus
