Dr. Abdelmoneim Ali is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Food Science at United Arab Emirates University. He holds a PhD in Food Science and Technology from Jiangnan University, China, and has extensive research experience across Egypt, China, and the UAE. His work spans dairy technology, infant nutrition, lipidomic, and non-thermal food processing, with a strong focus on functional foods and brain health. Dr. Ali has authored over 60 peer-reviewed publications and contributed to several book chapters on dairy fats and edible oils. He is actively involved in student mentorship, international collaborations, and scientific outreach, and serves as a reviewer for leading journals in food science and nutrition.
