He is currently the vice dean of the School of Computer Science and Engineering at Hunan University of Science and Technology, a specially-appointed professor, doctoral supervisor, and a Xiangjiang Scholar of Hunan University of Science and Technology. In April 2025, he joined Hunan University of Science and Technology from the Chinese Academy of Sciences through talent introduction and successively held the positions of assistant researcher and associate researcher at the Institute of Computing Technology, Chinese Academy of Sciences. In recent years, I have been engaged in research on network measurement and security, artificial intelligence, time series models and large language models for a long time. He has successively presided over four national-level scientific research projects. More than 40 papers have been published in international authoritative journals and conferences such as TMC, TKDE, and AAAI, and 15 invention patents have been authorized. The achievements have been cited and positively evaluated by many IEEE Fellows and experts in the field. The related research achievements have won the top ten innovative achievements in the computing power network industry and have been successively applied in Huawei's large-scale business router product line, the future network experimental facility CENI, China Science and Technology Network, and large enterprises such as Topsec and Sugon.
