Dr. Sulphey M. M. is a Professor of Human Resource Management at the College of Business Administration, Prince Sattam Bin Abdulaziz University, Saudi Arabia. He has extensive academic, research, and administrative experience spanning organizational behavior, occupational psychology, human resource management, and related areas. He has published more than 100 scholarly works. His significant contributions to OB span workplace identity, innovative work behavior, organizational silence, mindfulness, employee well-being, sustainability, and behavioral research, earning substantial academic recognition through citations and international collaborations.
Before joining Prince Sattam Bin Abdulaziz University, Prof. Sulphey served in senior academic leadership positions, including Dean (Academics, Research and Consultancy), and has actively contributed to research development, scholarly publishing, and higher education quality enhancement. His work is characterized by a multidisciplinary approach that integrates psychology, management, and organizational studies, with a particular focus on developing novel constructs, measurement scales, and theory-driven empirical research relevant to contemporary organizational challenges.
