Dr. Ming-Long Lee is a Full Professor in the Department of Finance at National Dong Hwa University (NDHU) in Taiwan. As a senior scholar in his field, his research extensively covers real estate equity investment and asset pricing, housing markets, and banking institutions. Dr. Lee's academic work has been widely published in leading international finance and real estate journals. He has served as an expert manuscript reviewer for over 50 refereed journals. He previously served on several editorial boards, government advisory committees, and boards of academic organizations. He brings a strong international background to his research community, having earned his Ph.D. in Finance from Louisiana State University (USA) and a Master of Business in Property from the University of South Australia (Australia).
