Associate Professor of Structural Engineering at the University of Cagliari, Italy. My research focuses on structural engineering, with particular emphasis on reinforced concrete and steel structures, structural assessment and rehabilitation, sustainable construction materials, recycled and low-carbon materials, blast and impact loading, fire structural behaviour, and the resilience of civil infrastructure.
