Prof. Dr. Nada Mallah Boustani is a Full Professor of Business Finance at Saint Joseph University of Beirut holding a PhD and a habilitation in Finance, and a researcher affiliated with several European academic and research centers. Her research examines the intersections of finance, artificial intelligence, digital transformation, innovation, sustainability, and organizational change, with particular attention to the development of more resilient and responsible economic and institutional models. Beyond academia, she is Founder and CEO of AXISSED Advisory and AXISSED Association, supporting companies and institutions in strategic transformation, innovation, and sustainable development. She also contributes to academic journals, professional networks, NGOs, and business organizations through editorial, advisory, and governance roles.
