Dr. Mihai Orzan is Professor of Online Marketing and Department Chair of Marketing at Bucharest University of Economic Studies (ASE), Romania. He holds a B.S. in Computer Science from Bucharest University of Economic Sciences, a M.S. in Computer Information Science from Nova Southeastern University, and a PhD in Marketing from ASE Bucharest in Romania. His main research areas include social media marketing, netnography, and artificial intelligence in marketing. His public research includes many journals.
