Dr. Teodor Totev Nedelin is a Chief Assistant Professor at the Faculty of Forestry, University of Forestry, Sofia. He is teaching non-timber forest resources, mushroom and medicinal plant cultivation, and protected-area resource management.

His main areas of research interest include non-timber forest plant resources and ecosystem services, the ecology of hypogeous fungi, medicinal plants, and the cultivation of various fungal species — both gourmet and medicinal.
