Dr. Rongbin (Robin) Yang is a Fellow of the Australian Marketing Institute and a Senior Lecturer at Kaplan Business School. His interdisciplinary research examines how individuals and organisations respond to social change and emerging technological trends. He has published in well-regarded journals and conferences across marketing, information systems, education, public management, transportation, tourism, and hospitality management. He also contributes to the academic community through editorial roles with interdisciplinary journals.

Alongside his academic career, Dr Yang is an experienced industry practitioner who serves as a management consultant and advisor to a range of commercial and non-profit organisations. He has also held board positions with several Australian organisations, contributing his expertise in marketing, management, strategy, and community engagement.
