Dr. Seung-Yoon Rhee is a professor of organizational behavior at Hongik University in Seoul, Korea. She received her BS and MS with honors in business administration from Seoul National University, and her Ph.D. from the University of Michigan at Ann Arbor. She is author of Energizer and publishes in leading academic journals on the subjects of emotions, work-life balance, and safety management. She has received awards for her research from Mae-Kyung, the Korean Academic Society of Business Administration, and the Academy of Management OB Division. She also has been honored with teaching excellence and outstanding research awards. She has served on the boards of professional associations such as the Korean Academy of Management and the Korean Academic Society of Business Administration.
